At the heart of every Kit: product is a thoughtfully formulated combination of ingredients, including hard-working herbal adaptogens, botanical oils and extracts, developed to seamlessly fit into busy lives.
Kit identified the importance of enhancing their website experience to complement their all-inclusive range of skincare products. With a strong interface design vision in mind, success hinged on swiftly and accurately leveraging pre-existing brand assets to craft new digital shopping experiences for both returning and new customers alike.
In a compressed period of just three months, we needed to deliver a highly performant website that captured Kit:’s key requirements. Sticking to our battle tested process, we began workshops with key stakeholders that zeroed in on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Even with a tight deadline, it was critical to build a design prioritization roadmap that captured insights and informed key design requirements that would lead into a performant build process.
Bedford Lane provided targeted customer journey UI updates, that included all Homepage Sections, Mobile and Desktop specific Navigation, Side Cart, Product Page, Journal Pages and improved Search functionality.
Both desktop and mobile design Prototypes were presented to Kit: that outlined the structure and functionality of each page, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Responsive page designs were then developed leveraging Shopify Plus to adapt seamlessly to various devices and screen sizes.
Finally, the designs were carefully executed during the build phase, resulting in a website that effectively showcased Kit's products while offering an extremely engaging customer experience.
Whilst too early to brag about the uplift in performance this project has delivered, we’re certain the new design provides enhanced usability and engagement, that will result in improved conversion, higher average order value (AOV) and increased revenue.
